[MSC]Price Announcement – Trade From the Far East to the Mediterranean, Adriatic, and Black Sea – Effective from 15 December 2023
MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, announces the following new freight all kinds (FAK) rates export Asia to the West Mediterranean, Adriatic, East Mediterranean, and Black Sea.
Effective as of 15 December 2023, until further notice from all Asian ports (including Japan, Korea & Southeast Asia) to West Mediterranean, Adriatic, East Mediterranean, and Black Sea, the new rates in US Dollars unless otherwise specified:
🥑Base port to base port rates. Out-ports are subject to the usual TAO/TAD

🍒Inclusive of the Base Rate (i.e. ocean freight rate) that is subject to:
🍑GFS (Global Fuel Surcharge) – VATOS USD 180/360/360 valid for December 2023
MSC agencies’ standard terms and conditions apply including MSC’s standard Bill of Lading. Unless otherwise specified in MSC agencies’ standard terms and conditions.

📅 Effective Date: New FAK (Freight All Kinds) rates from Asia to the West Mediterranean, Adriatic, East Mediterranean, and Black Sea are effective from December 15, 2023, until further notice.
📦 Coverage: The new rates apply from all Asian ports, including Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, to the specified regions.
💲 Base Rates: The rates are base port to base port; out-ports are subject to the usual TAO/TAD.
🛢️ Surcharges: Rates are subject to a Global Fuel Surcharge (GFS) of USD 180/360/360, valid for December 2023.
📜 Standard Terms: MSC’s standard terms and conditions, including the Bill of Lading, apply unless otherwise specified.
🔍 Exclusions: FAK rates exclude IMO Category commodities and high-value commodities.
