▶️ Special Cargo Notification: If your cargo is not 100% new or contains items such as batteries (dry, lithium, or DG), alcohol drinks, chemicals, flammable fluids, ink, oil, fuel, gas, magnets, motors, power banks, power packs, or similar goods, please inform us before picking up empty containers.
▶️ Default Classification: If no feedback is provided, we will automatically treat your shipment as general cargo.
▶️ Declaration Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the correct declaration of your goods.
✔️ Responsibility for Customs Verification
▶️ Customs Compliance Check: Merchants are responsible for verifying with POD (Port of Discharge) | FND (Final Destination) Customs regarding the acceptability of specific commodities and the necessary import requirements.
▶️ Smooth Customs Clearance: The shipper must ensure that the consignee faces no issues with customs clearance at the destination.
