[Maersk Customer Advisory] Official Launch of Automated Gate & TAS Systemat HATECO terminal
Dear Valued Customers,
We would announce that Hateco port is officially launching both the Automated Gate System and the Truck Appointment System (TAS) following four months of successful trial operations.
Effective date: 16 Jun 2025.
As per the notice from Hateco Haiphong International Container Terminal (HHIT), only container trucks with a confirmed TAS appointment will be permitted to enter HHIT from this date. HHIT will not be responsible for any delays caused by unscheduled arrivals.
To ensure smooth import deliveries and container discharges for export at Hateco Terminal, we kindly request you register truck appointments in advance via TAS, following these steps:
- Customer to assign the Order to the Transportation company or Truck operator via Eport.
- The Transportation company or truck operator assigns the order to the driver and books the truck appointment via the system: https://vietnamhub.vn.
Alternatively, drivers can proactively use the HHIT TAS app to receive orders and schedule their truck appointments.
