1. Job Description – Mô tả công việc
• To maintain and develop more lanes/business with existing customers, and assigned customers from the company.
• To complete the committed budget by developing business with the identified targets.
• To maintain CRM accuracy constantly: customer information, pipeline, and activity.
• Weekly reporting to GM Sales under an agreed template.
• To protect the company’s benefit by strictly complying with all policies and regulations.
• To cooperate with other related departments/ divisions during performing the assigned job.
• To study the market inclusive, but not limited to competitors, carriers, and manufacturers to be updated on market trends, fluctuation, and changes.
• To obtain sales leads and coordinate with overseas agents to gain new business.
• To complete the assigned job when required.
• To report to the direct manager or higher levels when required.
2. Requirements – Yêu cầu công việc
• College or University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable.
• Vietnamese mother tongue with good command of English language.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good in communication and negotiation.
• Able to work independently or in a group under high pressure.
• Experiences in import and export, freight forwarding, or shipping lines.
