Các mục trong biểu mẫu (Form sections)

Khi bạn mở (When you open a) Free Form Shipping Instruction (eSI), một biểu mẫu trống sẽ xuất hiện (you will see a blank form) bao gồm tất cả các mục của một (with all the sections of a) Shipping Instruction / draft Bill of Lading. Bạn có thể nhập dữ liệu thủ công cho lô hàng của mình vào các trường trong biểu mẫu (where you can enter the data manually for your shipment). Thông tin tham chiếu (Reference Info)

Trên thanh công cụ phía trên của trang Free Form eSI (On the page’s top toolbar), bạn có thể nhập một hoặc nhiều (you can enter one or more) Carrier Booking Numbers liên quan đến lô hàng của mình (that are related to your shipment). Nếu có nhiều số đặt chỗ, bạn có thể nhập các số này và phân tách bằng dấu phẩy (You can provide multiple numbers separated by commas). Lưu ý quan trọng (Please note): that the inserted Booking Number(s) phải hợp lệ, đã được hệ thống đại lý MSC nhận diện, và có trong cơ sở dữ liệu của đại lý (should be recognized and already present into the agency system). Điều này đảm bảo rằng yêu cầu Free Form eSI sẽ được xử lý chính xác (in order to process correctly the Free Form eSI request) và có thể tiến hành tạo (and proceed with the creation of) the draft Bill of Lading.

Bạn cũng có thể chọn (You can also choose) the MSC Agency sẽ xử lý yêu cầu của bạn (that will handle your request). Nhập tên tàu và hành trình dưới dạng văn bản tự do (and enter the Vessel and Voyage information as free text).

Chi tiết tuyến đường (Route Details)

In the Route details section, bạn có thể nhập thông tin về các cảng liên quan đến lô hàng của mình (you can enter ports for your shipment). Nếu lô hàng sử dụng nhiều phương thức vận tải kết hợp (If you are shipping by more than one mode of transport), bạn có thể chỉ định địa điểm nhận hàng ban đầu (you can specify the places of initial receipt) và địa điểm giao hàng cuối cùng cho từng chặng vận chuyển (and delivery for each segment of your journey).

Khi bạn nhập (When you enter) the Port of Loading or Port of Discharge, Các trường (the corresponding) Print on B/L fields sẽ tự động được điền (will be automatically filled in). Bạn có thể chỉnh sửa các trường này nếu muốn tùy chỉnh thông tin trên vận đơn (You can edit these fields if you want to customize them).

Đối với lô hàng vận tải kết hợp (For intermodal shipments), bạn có thể chọn (you can also choose) the Mode of Transport và xác định (and the corresponding) Place of Initial Receipt or Place of Delivery trong các mục ‘pre-carriage/vận tải nội địa trước khi xếp hàng’ và ‘on-carriage/vận tải nội địa sau khi dỡ hàng’ (in the pre-carriage and on-carriage sections).
