Container and Cargo

The container and cargo section of a new Free Form eSI ban đầu sẽ trống (is initially blank). Để thêm container mới (To add a new container), you need to click the “Add Container” button.

Một cửa sổ popup sẽ mở ra (This will open a popup) cho phép bạn chọn (where you can choose) the ‘equipment type/loại thiết bị’ và nhập thông tin chi tiết của (and enter the details of) the container and the cargo. Nếu bạn chọn container Reefer hoặc container Oversize, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị các trường thông tin bổ sung tương ứng (Depending on the equipment type, you will see additional fields for reefer or oversize containers).

Các thao tác có thể thực hiện sau khi thêm container (After adding a new container, you can do the following actions):

✔ Edit Container (Chỉnh sửa Container): Mở lại cùng một cửa sổ bật lên như khi thêm container (This will open the same popup as before), nhưng với tab container được chọn sẵn và các thông tin đã nhập trước đó (but with the container tab selected and the existing information filled in). ✔ Edit Cargo and Add Cargo (Chỉnh sửa Hàng hóa & Thêm Hàng hóa): Mở lại cùng một cửa sổ bật lên (This will open the same popup as before), nhưng với tab hàng hóa được chọn sẵn và các thông tin đã nhập trước đó (but with the cargo tab selected and the existing information filled in). Bạn có thể chỉnh sửa tất cả thông tin hàng hóa (You can change any of the details here), bao gồm cả thông tin hàng nguy hiểm (including hazardous information). Nếu bạn chọn (If you clicked) ‘add cargo’, một dòng hàng hóa trống mới sẽ được tự động thêm vào (a new empty cargo is automatically added).
✔ Copy Container (Sao chép Container): Hệ thống sẽ tạo một bản sao của container (This will create a duplicate of the container), bao gồm các thông tin chi tiết của container và hàng hóa (with the same details for the container and the cargo). Số container và số seal sẽ không được sao chép (except for the container number and seals).

Mass upload (Tải lên hàng loạt)

Thay vì nhập thủ công thông tin container và hàng hóa (An alternative to entering container and cargo details manually) bạn có thể sử dụng chức năng (is to use) ‘the Mass Upload/Tải lên hàng loạt’ functionality. Tính năng này cho phép sao chép và dán dữ liệu cho nhiều container và hàng hóa cùng lúc (which allows you to copy and paste data for multiple containers and cargo at once) bằng các phím tắt (using the keyboard shortcuts) Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.

Để mở cửa sổ (You can open) ‘the Mass Upload modal’, nhấp vào (by using) the ‘upload/tải lên’ button in the Free Form eSI Container and Cargo section.

Nếu Free Form eSI đã có container và hàng hóa (If you already have some containers and cargo in the Free Form eSI), the Mass Upload modal sẽ hiển thị thông tin có sẵn dưới dạng bảng (will show the existing information in a table format). Bạn có thể chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa bất kỳ hàng dữ liệu nào trong bảng (You can edit or delete any of the rows in the table), hoặc thêm hàng mới (or add new ones). Để thêm container mới (To add a new container), you can click the Add Container button. Một hàng trống mới sẽ xuất hiện trong (This will create a new empty row in) the Container List, bạn có thể nhập thông tin container thủ công (where you can enter the container details manually) hoặc dán dữ liệu container từ một nguồn khác (or paste them from another source).

Từ chế độ xem bảng dữ liệu (From the grid view), bạn có thể nhập (you will be able to insert) both Equipment Type/Loại thiết bị and Container Number/Số container. Các thông tin bổ sung có thể được nhập thông qua cửa sổ chuyên dụng (Additional container information can be handled through the dedicated modal).

Ở cuối mỗi hàng container, bạn có thể truy cập các hành động của menu thả xuống (At the end of each container row you will be able to access the actions dropdown menu). Ở cấp độ container, bạn có thể (At a container level you will be able to) Delete the container or Add a cargo.

Để thêm hàng hóa mới (To add a new cargo), you can click the Add Cargo action. Tại cuối mỗi hàng hàng hóa, bạn có thể truy cập menu hành động để (At the end of each cargo row, you will be able to access the actions dropdown menu): Xóa hàng hóa, Thêm hàng hóa, Xóa container chứa hàng hóa đó (At a cargo level you will be able to Delete cargo, Add cargo and Delete the container).

Nếu bỏ trống bất kỳ trường bắt buộc nào hoặc nhập dữ liệu không hợp lệ (If you leave any mandatory fields blank or enter invalid data), Một thông báo lỗi xác thực màu đỏ sẽ xuất hiện bên cạnh trường dữ liệu (you will see a red validation message next to the field).
