In our ongoing effort to improve rating accuracy, we seek your kind assistance to promptly provide feedback on freight and charges in the Draft Freighted B/L and/or Debit Note(s) sent to you.

Should you find the charges to be incorrect, please kindly inform the Invoicing Team (reply to the same email) as soon as possible but no later than the vessel ETD. Effective immediately, ZIM Vietnam will be unable to affect any rate change(s) requested after the vessel ETD.
