[RCL]IMPLEMENTATION OF BOOKING CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT FEE as from Jun 10th, 2024
This is to inform you of a new policy regarding booking cancellation and amendments for shipments destined to India and Indian Subcontinent Ports (including Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka).
Effective June 10, 2024 (based on vessels’ ETD), a Booking Cancellation Fee & Amendment Fee of USD 20/TEU will be applied for cancellations or amendments made within 7 days of the ETD.
We encourage you to review your bookings carefully and advise us of any changes well in advance of the 7-day window to avoid incurring these fees.
